- Prices
- Net prices in EUR per box, excl. VAT. Reverse charge with a valid EU VAT ID; German VAT for German companies.
- Minimum order
- 50 boxes. Tiers at 100 / 300 / 500 / 1,000 are cheaper per box.
- Payment
- 50 % deposit after mock-up approval, 50 % before shipping. Bank transfer; card payment coming soon.
- Lead time
- 4–6 weeks after approval. Christmas boxes: approval by mid-November.
- Assembly
- Kitted and packed in Germany. Insert, card and crinkle paper included in the box price.
- Delivery
- To one office address in the EU included (pallet or parcels). To home addresses: from €5.50 per box within the EU, address list required.
- Logo
- Your logo on the box (foil or print) and on every item; one-time tooling only for moulded items (enamel, PVC, aroma stone), shown in the builder.
- Returns
- Custom-made boxes are not returnable; defective items are replaced or credited.
